So, quick! To the Bat Cave!
Some quick research and I find this: A German woodcut of a drummer dated 1525-1530, part of a series of fifty woodcuts picturing Landsknecht soldiers.
This is the story of the twenty four hour court baron scroll. I have a good friend Lottieri Malocchio who was getting a Court Barony, but something got lost in the translation on the scroll assignment, so I didn't end up knowing about it until Wednesday night for a Saturday event. So, quick! To the Bat Cave! Some quick research and I find this: A German woodcut of a drummer dated 1525-1530, part of a series of fifty woodcuts picturing Landsknecht soldiers. No time for fuss, or muss. I get a picture of Malocchio, and I'm off. Within 24 hours, I produce a pen and ink version which is a little bit more 16th century Italian Master of Defense.
